Rhubarb Bars- (from Shirley  Hines)
1/2 cup butter
1 cup flour
5 tblsp powdered sugar
2 eggs
1 1/2 cups sugar
2 tblsp flour
3/4 tsp baking powder
dash of salt
3 cups of diced rhubarb

Mix together butter, 1 cup flour and powdered sugar.  Pat in 9x9 inch pan. Beat eggs. Combine sugar, 2 tablespoons flour, baking powder and salt, add to eggs.  Stir in rhubarb.  Mix and pour over crust.  Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.
